REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Clothe Me Inspired, we take pride in the quality of every product we create. Because our apparel, duffles, totes, and candles are made-to-order just for you, we have a specific policy around returns and refunds.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection (please consult our size guide before ordering)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Slight variations in placement or printing (each item is unique)

HOWEVER, we DO offer full refunds or replacements if your item arrives:
- Damaged in shipping
- Defective or misprinted
- Significantly different from what was ordered
- With any quality issues

TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:
Email hello@clothemeinspired.com within 14 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of what's wrong

We'll work with you quickly to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (including wallpaper packs, ebooks, digital journals, vision board calendars, and printable downloads) are final sale and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Before purchasing, please review product descriptions carefully. If you have questions about a digital product before buying, we're happy to help — email hello@clothemeinspired.com.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
1. Take photos of the packaging and contents immediately
2. Keep all packaging materials
3. Email us within 7 days

We'll handle the claim with our fulfillment partners and ship you a replacement at no cost.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production hasn't started. After 2 hours, orders are typically already in production and cannot be cancelled.
